## Frequently asked questions

### How do I find my size?

Every product page lists the fit, and our [size guide](/size-guide) gives body and garment measurements for each size. Between two sizes, take the larger one for knitwear and outerwear.

### Where do you deliver, and how fast?

Everywhere. Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days in the US, 5–8 in Europe and the UK, and 7–14 elsewhere. US orders over $150 travel free. See [Delivery](/delivery) for every option.

### Can I return something?

Yes — within 30 days of delivery, free of charge, as long as it is unworn with its tags on. [Returns](/returns) explains how.

### How should I wash wool?

Rarely, cold and by hand, then dry it flat. Airing a sweater overnight does more than most washes. Our journal has [a full guide](/blog/how-to-wash-and-store-wool-knitwear).

### Is this a real shop?

No — Atelier Nord is a demo shop made with SellerCart to show what a shop built by an AI agent looks like. Nothing is charged or shipped, so feel free to try the whole checkout.

### Do you offer repairs?

Yes. Every piece is repaired free for its first two years, and at cost after that.

### Are your products sustainable?

We use natural fibres, make in small batches and send without plastic. The most sustainable thing about our clothes, though, is that they last.

### Can I buy a gift card?

Not yet — but you can write us a note and we will add it to the parcel.

### Do you restock sold-out pieces?

Most of them, once a season. Sold-out pieces stay on the site so you can see what is coming back.

### How do I pay?

With any card, Apple Pay or Google Pay on Stripe's secure checkout. In this demo shop every payment is a test, so no money moves.
